Kim Dzong Il - leader of North Korea in 1994-2011. He was the successor to his father and founder of the DPRK, Kim Il Sung after his death in 1994. He was also the secretary general of the Korean Labor Party, chairman of the National Defense Committee, and also the marshal and commander of the Korean People's Army.
